Ayrshire Boiler Services provides domestic gas servicing, landlord gas safety inspections (CP12), Energy Performance Certificate assessments (EPC), and related services. All services are subject to availability, location, and regulatory compliance.
All engineers are fully Gas Safe registered and operate under current safety and legal requirements. We strive to maintain the highest standards in compliance and professionalism.
All pricing is stated clearly at the time of booking. Pensioner discounts are available where advertised. Payments must be made upon completion unless previously agreed.
While we take every reasonable precaution during servicing, Ayrshire Boiler Services is not liable for pre-existing faults or damages unrelated to the work carried out.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Missed appointments may be subject to a call-out charge unless waived at our discretion.
